We are seeking a Receptionist/Legal Secretary to join our team.
As a Receptionist/Legal Secretary, you will provide support to attorneys , ensuring smooth operations within the law firm.
Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in assisting with various legal tasks.
Duties:
- Receptionist duties such as answering phones and taking messages - File legal documents with courts and other relevant agencies - Maintain document management systems to ensure accurate record keeping - Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings for attorneys - Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing calendars, and organizing files Skills:
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting legal documents - Strong administrative skills, including time management and organization - Experience with document management systems Please note that all positions at our firm are paid positions.
