Sales Representative

Carbon's Golden Malted is hiring a Sales Representative for the Charleston, WV area. This is an exempt, full-time, commission only position with medical, dental, life and 401k benefits. Average 1st year total compensation $40k-$60k potential, top performers earning over $100k.
As a Sales Representative for Carbon's you must be a self-starter, be able to work without direct supervision, have excellent time management, communication and computer skills.
Additional requirements;
o Demonstrated business-to-business sales success, such as a history of exceeding goals/quotas or leading peer group in sales performance
o Minimum of 3 years business to business sales experience
o Route sales experience helpful
o Be proficient with smartphone technology
o Some mechanical skills preferred
o Clean driving record
o Lift or move up to 35 pounds frequently
Primary responsibility is to provide professional service to an existing account base while promoting Carbon's products to the restaurant & hospitality markets.
Additional responsibilities include;
o Meet or exceed sales targets
o Delivery of product
o On-site maintenance of equipment
o Development of business relationships
o Sales presentations to potential customers
o Identify and secure new business relationships within assigned territory
o Understand market conditions, competitive activity and consumer preferences
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical and background check required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
